Never been to an indoor cycling class? No problem!  One of the best kept secrets is that you are in charge of your workout intensity.  You adjust your gear to the challenge level that you feel is best for you. 

When attending your first class, please arrive a little early because we want to make sure your bike is properly adjusted for you. We will also show you how to burn more calories, increase your strength, and improve your overall fitness level.  

We have a few pairs of cycling shoes that you are more than welcome to borrow if you don't have your own but tennis shoes will work as well.
